To help with your brewing and firmware upgrades, we offer a suite of apps that connect to your Bluetooth-enabled Pearl. 

This simple, modern and minimalistic scale is designed with brilliant functionality in mind, and compatible with the Acaia iPhone & Android app, it offers you endless possibilities to explore the exquisite world of coffee. It's got a 2000-gram capacity, 2 ms response time, touch-sensitive controls, and a spill-proof outer shell. There's also a built-in timer, adding even more convenience to your brewing kit. It's even got its own internal battery with a 25-hour life, so you won't have to worry about buying another pack of AAs again.

Readability up to 0.1 g. The Acaia Pearl is sensitive to even weight changes resulting from evaporation and temperature.

TIMER
In a dual display, both time and weight are shown on the scale. If paired with one of our mobile apps, the sync can track your times and graph your pour.

AUTOMATED AUTO-OFF CUSTOMIZATION
The Acaia scale will not shut down during coffee brewing. If desired, the time for an auto-off is customizable through our apps

RECHARGEABLE USB POWER SUPPLY

    Returns and Refunds

    As capsules and pods have an expiry date and are perishable items, all capsules and pods are sold "as is" and can not be refunded. However, in some cases exchanges are welcome.

    Exchange requested only apply to items that are not used or expired, undamaged and with unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.

    If shipping delivery is used in case of exchanges or refunds, courier charges and any additional fees will be borne by customer applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping items back to us.

    Products

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
