As Coffee Products: beans, capsules and pods have an expiry date and are perishable items, allΒ coffee products are sold "as is" and can not be refunded. However, in some cases exchanges are welcome.
Exchange requested only apply to items that areΒ not used or expired, undamaged and with unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.
