    If the recipient is unavailable to receive the package on first SF delivery and package is returned to us, we are not responsible for the cost of re-delivery.  If re-delivery is needed, customer will be responsible to settle the fees of first failed delivery and re-delivery charge.

    Remote Areas include: Lantau Island South Restricted Zones (Tai O, Pui O, Mui Wo, etc), Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.

    Returns and Refunds

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept only exchanges for the purchased products. Please email us at info@ilovecoffeebeans.com.hk or call us at 81000920

    As Coffee Products: beans, capsules and pods have an expiry date and are perishable items, all coffee products are sold "as is" and can not be refunded. However, in some cases exchanges are welcome.

    Exchange requested only apply to items that are not used or expired, undamaged and with unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.

    If shipping delivery is used in case of exchanges or refunds, courier charges and any additional fees will be borne by customer applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping items back to us.

    Products for Exchange

    Exchange requested only apply to items that are not used or expired, undamaged and with unopened packaging. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused or expired and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, undamaged and with unopened packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ilovecoffeebeans.com.hk

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Courier charges and any additional fees will be borne by customer applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping items back to us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
