The Ceado E92 is an electronic dosing grinder with 71mm conical burrs and a low speed motor that eliminates heat from the process, thus protecting your coffee’s flavor profile during grinding. It’s NSF rated for use in any commercial setting, and built to perform in just such a place.

Features

Portioning System Selector
The Ceado E92 is capable of dispensing a single or double shot at the press of a button. The grinder dispenses by time, and can be programmed within 1/10th of one second. For added functionality, manual grinding can be utilized with a simple push and hold functionality.

Low Speed Motor
The E92’s motor operates at one of the lowest speeds in its class in order to deliver static free grounds at a cool temperature. Ceado designed it this way in order to make sure the coffee never loses any of its flavor profile due to excess heat introduced while grinding.

See and Set Grind Adjustment
The Ceado E92 has a See and Set marked adjustment collar, which can be adjusted by pulling the lever to the left or right. As a stepless grinder, settings are essentially infinite, though the markings do help when navigating from one brew method to the next.

Steady Lock Burr System
Ceado’s Steady Lock Burr System is a true innovation. It keeps the burrs locked into place at a designated distance apart, regardless of use, which ensures consistent grounds and simply doesn’t allow the burrs to fall out of calibration.

    Returns and Refunds

    As capsules and pods have an expiry date and are perishable items, all capsules and pods are sold "as is" and can not be refunded. However, in some cases exchanges are welcome.

    Exchange requested only apply to items that are not used or expired, undamaged and with unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.

    If shipping delivery is used in case of exchanges or refunds, courier charges and any additional fees will be borne by customer applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping items back to us.

    Products

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ilovecoffeebeans.com.hk

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Courier charges and any additional fees will be borne by customer applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping items back to us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
