The PrimaDonna Exclusive is the ONLY bean to cup fully automatic espresso machine offering a unique Hot Chocolate System specifically designed for the most rich and satisfying Italian Cioccolata and Cafe Mocha experience at home.

All the machine’s functions are available at the simple touch of the screen. The De’Longhi patented Automatic Cappuccino System with an intuitive full colour screen and 6 metal touch pads gets you the perfect cappuccino, caffe latte, latte macchiato, long coffee and hot chocolate. The extra cappuccino device can be used for steam and hot water and the machine is also equipped with a cup warmer and water filter.

      Returns and Refunds

      As capsules and pods have an expiry date and are perishable items, all capsules and pods are sold "as is" and can not be refunded. However, in some cases exchanges are welcome.

      Exchange requested only apply to items that are not used or expired, undamaged and with unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.

      If shipping delivery is used in case of exchanges or refunds, courier charges and any additional fees will be borne by customer applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping items back to us.

      Products

      Refunds (if applicable)

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
