Machine longevity and tasty coffee are two byproducts of good maintenance. Cafiza from Urnex is one of the most well-known and widely-used espresso machine cleaners in the industry. It is a powdery substance, consisting of a concentrated formula that was crafted to remove residue in espresso machine group heads, valves, and lines, making this a necessary product for your daily backflushing routine.
Cafiza is also great for cleaning coffee brewers and roasting equipment. When not cleaned properly, residual oils can negatively affect both coffee flavor and the roasting process. If it experiences extended contact with coffee oils, Cafiza is your answer.

Espresso Machine Instructions
Backflushing
Add 3g Cafiza to blind filter basket.
Backflush for 10 seconds, 5 times.
Rinse portafilter with water.
Backflush with water for 10 seconds, 5 times.
Discard first shot of espresso.
Soaking
Soak filters and metal of portafilter for 30 minutes in 1 teaspoon of Cafiza per 32 oz (1L) of water.

Exchange requested only apply to items that areΒ not used or expired, undamaged and with unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.
