The Victoria Arduino Eagle One Prima one group espresso coffee machine is ready to bring the VICTORIA ARDUINO coffee experience wherever and whenever. We called it this way because we believe it is the first step towards a new frontier and will overcome many boundaries. A new way to prepare and enjoy espresso coffee. Prima is a versatile and eclectic coffee machine that opens to a new way of living and perceiving the coffee experience.

The NEO engine uses an instant heating system with a unique insulation mechanism, that reduces not only the heat dispersion but also energy consumption. It works almost instantly, allowing only the necessary amount of water for the extraction to be heated, thus reducing energy-related costs

It's possible to set the temperature and see the extraction time along with the steam and hot water from the app. You can create recipes and share them with the community. All the functions of a professional device at hand, controlled by a user-friendly and straightforward app.

  • Award winning steam tip - Pioneered by the Black Eagle, the steam tip on the E1 Prima is identical to the tip used to win countless barista world championships. 
  • Push pull steam wand- Compared to a traditional twist knob, the push pull lever features improved ergonomics and precision steam pressure control. 
  • Soft Infusion system - Simonelli's SIS system monitors and gradually increases the extraction pressure to ensure a perfect shot. This helps compensate for imperfect tamping leading to a better shot for beginners and pro baristas alike.

    Returns and Refunds

    As capsules and pods have an expiry date and are perishable items, all capsules and pods are sold "as is" and can not be refunded. However, in some cases exchanges are welcome.

    Exchange requested only apply to items that are not used or expired, undamaged and with unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.

    If shipping delivery is used in case of exchanges or refunds, courier charges and any additional fees will be borne by customer applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping items back to us.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
