If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept only exchanges for the purchased products. Replacement or exchange (with the same product) of 7 Days is covered, provided the product has a manufacturing defect only.

As Coffee Products: beans, capsules and pods have an expiry date and are perishable items, all coffee products are sold "as is" and can not be refunded. However, in some cases exchanges are welcome.
Exchange requested only apply to items that are not used or expired, undamaged and with unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.
If shipping delivery is used in case of exchanges or refunds, courier charges and any additional fees will be borne by customer applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping items back to us.
