How do I redeem my rewards?

Step 1: Log in to your account via Login Page
Step 2: Click Rewards icon on bottom left of screen
Step 3: Select any reward you'd like to redeem and follow the prompts.
Step 4: Copy and paste code into the "Discount Code/Reward Coupon" section of the Shopping Cart

How do I receive my birthday bonus points?

Step 1: Log in to your account and go to "My Account."
Step 2: Go to "ILCB Rewards" and press the greyed out tab, "Earn Points."
Step 3: Click Birthday Bonus and Enter your Birthday. Please contact customer service if your birthday is less than 7 days away in order to receive birthday points.

Can I use Reward coupons on sale items?

Yes! Reward Coupons redeemed with ILCB Reward Points acts just like a gift card and can be used throughout the store. You can use it on all items - even products that are discounted already.

When do my points expire?

Your points expire 12 months after your most recent ILCB purchase. You will receive an email notifications alerting you when your points are about to expire.

I Can't Receive Newsletter Anymore?

If you are a registered user but unsubscribed to emails, you can simply subscribe again using the same email you use to open the account. Just re-enter your email in the Newsletter Sign Up and submit.
